Warranty conditions for TM Imprese products. Warranty period.
The warranty of TM Imprese products is confirmed by a correctly completed warranty certificate with a note of the name and item number, the date of sale and signature of the buyer and the sale or cash register receipt. The warranty repair is free of charge (and includes the cost of work and necessary spares).

The warranty conditions do not include work on installation, connection and adjustment of equipment, as well as advice on operations.

The warranty period for TM Imprese* products:

• Faucet body, spout body – 5 years;
• Ceramic cartridge - 5 years;
• Thermostatic cartridge - 5 years;
• Electronic faucets and electronic components of faucets - 2 years;
• Aerators, water inlet hoses, faucet stems, switches, sealants and other parts of faucets  - 2 years;
• hands-, hygienic-, rainshower heads, shower hoses, chairs, bars, showerhead holders - 2 years;
• Accessories - 3 years;

• Concealed mounting installation – 10 years;
• Cisterns of concealed installation, mechanisms (drain and filling valves) - 10 years;
• Flush button bar mechanical or pneumatic for installation - 2 years;
• High-wear parts of the installation: membranes, sealants, hoses - 2 years;
• Electrical components of the concealed mounting installation – 2 years;

• Shower cabins, shower protections (except for silicone sealants and rollers) - 3 years;
• Silicone sealants - 1 year;
• Acrylic bathtubs, panels for bathtubs - 5 years;
• Sanitary ware – 25 years;
• Drain valve for ceramic cisterns - 2 years;
• Seat with cover - 2 years;
• Slow-closing mechanism - 1 year;
• Rollers - 2 years;
• Electrical components of the sanitary ware – 2 years;
• Bath drain and overflow systems - 1 year;
• Shut-off, switch valves, angular - 5 years;
• Furniture body and fittings – 2 years;
• Sanitary ware – 25 years;

• Mirrors – 2 years;
• Electrical elements of mirrors - 1 year;

• Plastic siphons, shower drains - 3 years;
• Metal siphons - 5 years;
• Metal pop-up wastes - 3 years;
• Frames of towel dryers and electric radiators - 5 years;
• Frames of towel dryers and water radiators - 5 years;
• Electric heating elements - 2 years;
• Other items not listed above - 1 year.

Extended warranty for certain products:
Some faucets models have an extended warranty, which is:
faucet body and ceramic cartridge - 6 years.

* In the case of use of products in the public and industrial spheres, the warranty period is 12 months with the exception of:

• Concealed mounting installation – 10 years;
• Cisterns of concealed installation, mechanisms (drain and filling valves) - 5 years;
• Sanitary ware – 3 years;
• Acrylic bathtubs (except for hydromassage equipment) - 3 years.

The warranty comes into force only in case of a manufacturing defect with the complete set of the manufacturer.

The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the construction, design and complete set of the product.

All costs for transportation and installation related to the replacement of the product (for example, transportation of the product to the authorized service center of TM Imprese) under the warranty conditions shall be paid by the Owner.

In case that a malfunction of the TM Imprese product is detected, the buyer has the right within the warranty period to contact the authorized service center of TM Imprese about the detected malfunctions.

The manufacturer guarantees the correct operation of the faucet / thermostat when the following connection specifications are fulfilled:

• the water pressure more than 5.0 bar;
• hot water connection strictly on the left side;
• permissible difference in hot and cold water pressure not more than 10%;
• the temperature of hot water should not exceed 65 ° C;

To prevent the insertion of mechanical impurities (catalytic fines) inside the product, connection to the water supply should be made through filters (filtering capacity should not exceed 100 microns).
Installation of the product should be performed by qualified specialists or authorized organizations.
Follow the installation instruction during the installation.
Do not use washing agents containing strong acid, alkali, acetone, ammonium chloride or abrasives.

Warranty repair and service may be refused in the case of:

• The use of parts or components of another manufacturer. In this case, the service center is not responsible for product operation;
• The water pressure more than 5.0 bar;
• If the faucet is damaged due to corrosion of the water supply, pressure / water temperature drops in the system, entering the foreign objects to the product, limescale build-up, pollution;
• Unqualified installation;
• Repair or reoperation of the product by persons not authorized to carry out such work;
• Damages caused by natural disasters, fires, domestic or wild animals;
• Incomplete set of the product;
• The use of the product for other purposes;
• Normal aging of parts, such as decorative attachments, aerators, sealants, gaskets, etc.;
• Surface damage of the product by abrasives or substances containing acids or alkalis;
• Absence of warranty documents (warranty certificate, sale or cash register receipt);
• Mechanical damage.
